The Pureland Foundation will be supporting a concert with soprano Renee Fleming and the Oxford Philharmonic Orchestra on the 8th April 2016.
This is a rare opportunity to hear one of the most beloved and celebrated musical ambassadors of our time, American star soprano Renee Fleming, sing Strauss’s Four Last Songs in the intimate surroundings of Christopher Wren’s Sheldonian Theatre.
Renee Fleming is a National Medal of Arts, Grammy and Richard Tucker Award winner who has performed at numerous distinguished occasions, from the 2006 Nobel Peace Prize ceremony to performances in Beijing during the 2008 Olympic Games.

Bruno Wang is a Trustee of the Oxford Philharmonica, the resident orchestra of Oxford University, one of the leading orchestras in the UK. The Pure Land Foundation is one of main sponsors of the Oxford Philomusica’s Piano Festival and its scholarship programmes.
